Once your payment is processed, we will send you an order confirmation, and your products will be shipped out as soon as possible.

3. Shipping: We ship orders promptly, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way. Shipping times may vary based on location, but we aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information.

4. Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened hair bundles or extensions. However, if there’s an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect product or damaged items), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it’s processed quickly, so please double-check your items before completing your purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase, and we’ll do our best to assist. Cancellations after this time will not be accepted.
