Thank you for choosing me for your hair needs! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review my policies below:

1. Booking & Deposit: A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. No-Show Fee: If you miss your appointment without notifying me, you will be charged the full cost of your service. Please be respectful of my time and others who may be waiting for an appointment.

3. Late Fee: If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After 15 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your service. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Cancellation Policy: I understand life happens, but please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a $25 cancellation fee. Please respect the time I’ve set aside for you!

5. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any additional fees. The $15 deposit will apply to your rescheduled appointment.
